This place nailed my London Fog!!! For real!!! I asked for an extra shot of Vanilla, 1 sugar, and extra milk too cool it down (had dental surgery this week) the crew here are 'Slayin it'. Thank you! Plus this was tonight's view from the drive through....damn!!! Every other location I've gone to, for the past year in Ottawa, has not! True story! They either forget the shot of Vanilla, do not add my 1 sugar, last night, I had a tea bag and the milk only. Also, before they added it to the menu, have out right, denied me the option, even when I offered to walk the steps.

I had a terrible experience the last time I was here, dirty bathrooms and badly made (burnt) food, but I gave them another chance last week and my mind changed just a bit just because of the wonderful care and service from Peggy. She was absolutely awesome. The new employees should learn a thing or two from her amazing customer service skills. I wish I could give them a better rating but the place could have better cleaning (tables and bathrooms) and more attentive employees. May go back.

The coffee is always fresh, and the place is clean and welcoming. I especially enjoy their donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Definitely one of the best spots in town for a quick treat and The staff is welcoming and attentive, with food and drinks that are reliably top-notch.

Great location, I travel down bank often with my kids and we grab bagels and coffee for the family. Fast and they toast my bagels perfectly for me.

I walked around 5km and even arrived 30 mins late to pick up my order and it was so good, still warm and its -14 outside right now minus the wind. Anyway that BBQ chicken loaded rice cheese wrap is definitely worth a try!!

Edit!!!! NEVER going back to this one on main Street in Winchester EVER again!!! The guy at the window October 28th at 930 was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Barely looked at me while handing me my order of 2 drinks, donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches!! Didn't say ONE word to me!! I had to ask for my "assorted" timbits which were ALL CHOCOLATE! The least favourite but that's what I order so it's easier for staff!!!!! Will 100 percent only ever drive to Morrisburg Tim Hortons where I'm treated with courtesy and respect!!!! Other than having to be "parked" to wait for my order, I've never really had a bad experience. I don't expect all smiles and banter like other customers do. Just polite service and a proper order and I'm happy!

Always get amazing service at this location. Super friendly staff. Never have to wait long in drive through. Coffee is always fresh. This is the best Tim Hortons in the area!
